Terms and Conditions for Fawltymail Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Fawltymail (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Service.

2. Service Description

Fawltymail provides temporary email addresses that self-destruct after 24 hours. These addresses are used for registration and other online activities where you don't want to commit to a permanent email account.

3. Account Usage

  • Temporary Nature: Emails received at a Fawltymail address will be automatically deleted after 24 hours. You are responsible for downloading and saving any content you wish to keep.
  • No Personal Information: You are not required to provide any personal information when creating a Fawltymail address.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service solely for legitimate and lawful purposes. You shall not use the Service to:
    • Engage in illegal activities.
    • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
    • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
    • Misrepresent yourself or your identity.
  • Limited Liability: Fawltymail is not responsible for the content of emails received at temporary Fawltymail addresses.

4. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of any content you send or receive through Fawltymail. However, by sending content through the Service, you grant Fawltymail a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Fawltymail makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fawltymail shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fawltymail’s total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to the Service in the preceding [e.g., 30 days].

7. Termination

Fawltymail reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law
