1. How much I have to pay for this services?
A. Its absolutely FREE!
2. How long is my email ID active?
A. Email address is always active. If you copied the link you'll always have access to that mail box but so would anyone else if they had the link or guessed the address. Your emails are deleted every day.
3. I've waited more than 15 min but no message arrived!
A. Sometimes, there can be some delay due because our servers get swamped with tons of requests. Just try again after sometime if after 30 minutes has passed try and get the email resent. Also, sometimes some of our domains gets blacklisted because of excessive use, so try creating emails from different domain.
4. How many email IDs I can create?
A. There is no limit of number of email address you can create But please don't go over board.
6. Why the name fawltymail?
A. We stole (borrowed) the name from Mr Fawlty, a wonderful nice hotel owner. He is the most warm heart person you'll ever know, just ask the internet.
6. Is it necessary to download a mobile app or a software to use your service?
A. No you do not need any software or app. This is a web-based service that is accessible from everywhere.
7. How often do you get new domains?
A. We get new domains every year. We also remove older domains.
8. Can you read the emails?
A. Short answer: We CAN but we don't. Unless you host your own email server, then the host (server owner) can read your emails and yes the BIG email providers read your emails.
9. Do you track me?
A. No, We don't track your IP address. We use private analytics to better understand how and where. We use this information to apply resources in needed areas.
